I cannot explain how excited I was to get back to Harlem for…cupcakes! I don’t care what anyone says, Tonnie’s Minis has some of the best cupcakes I have ever had, like ever. I always order the Golden Heart (half yellow and half red velvet cake) or Red Velvet cupcake, with cream cheese frosting, walnuts sprinkled on top, and a vanilla ice cream center. Soooo good. The workers are always super friendly, and willing to give you a sample of any flavor. If you’re ever in New York, head uptown for Tonnie’s. I’m telling you it’s worth it. I had one Sunday.
